• All purchases must be paid for in full prior to despatch of the goods, payment can be made by bank transfer, cheque, debit card or credit card. For all payments by credit card there is a charge of 2% + vat in addition to the invoiced price of the goods.
• Samples are available at the plain cost price of the item, plus carriage. The cost of the sample will be refunded when the order is placed and the sample returned in a re saleable condition. We are sorry but the cost of postage cannot be refunded.
• Orders and any ammendments to them should be made by email.
• Any claims for loss or damage should be made in writing or by email within 5 days of receipt.
• All origination remains the property of the seller and will be retained for repeat orders. The seller accepts no liability for any loss or damage to designs or artwork supplied by the buyer, or any consequential loss to the buyer or any other person arising from the contract between both parties.

Carriage

Carriage will be charged at the following rates.

The above carriage costs only apply to orders for delivery of clothing to locations on mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Carriage for promotional products and to other locations will be quoted at the time of order.

Privacy Policy

We only collect the absolute minimum amount of information that we need to provide a high level of customer service. 
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  We will not pass any information about you to any other companies or organisations, unless we are legally compelled to do so.
